Gourmet Solutions Ltd. is a partnership between Josée Roy-Froncioni and Joe Gibbons in conjunction with the Bermuda College offering Bermuda a new, hands-on culinary experience. For class instruction, guest chef demonstrations, wine tasting, food history talks, Island culinary tours, or personal culinary advice on menu and party planning, our partnership was created to make your culinary experiences better.
Classes are instructor led and take place in the training kitchens of the Bermuda College. These air-conditioned, state of the art facilities are perfect for intimate classes yet well enough equipped to meet every need. All you have to bring is an apron and your knives! Following evening classes we will sit down, taste and compare dishes, enjoying the food and conversation over a glass or two of wine.
As our name suggests, we are more than just cooking classes. Why not organize a special evening with friends for a birthday, or let us work with you to design an event dedicated to food and wine. If it is team building you are looking for, a corporate culinary exercise is ideal for developing leadership and interpersonal skills.
Finally, we can work with you to build menus, assist with personal party planning, and co ordinate events in your own home.
